## Who operates PortfolioTA
PortfolioTA.com is owned and operated by Trade Confident LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of California.

## When we are open
We operate Monday to Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. We do not work weekends and we take federal holidays off.
Wherever these pages refer to a “business day”, that means a day that is not a Saturday, a Sunday or a United States federal holiday. Anything that arrives outside those hours is treated as received on the next business day.
United States federal holidays are New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Where a federal holiday falls on a weekend and is observed on an adjacent weekday, we observe it on the day it is observed.
None of this affects the product. The Website, your charts and your data are available 24 hours a day, and you can cancel your subscription at any moment from Account → Membership — including on a weekend or a holiday — without contacting us and without speaking to anyone. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Nor does it extend any legal deadline. Some of the deadlines below are set by statute and counted in calendar days. Those run continuously and are not paused by a weekend or a holiday.

## How to reach us
A message that reaches us on a Friday evening, over a weekend, or on a federal holiday is treated as received at the start of the next business day.

## Privacy and data rights requests
If you want to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of any sale or sharing of it, email privacy@portfoliota.com with the email address on your account.
- We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days — that is, within 10 days that are not a weekend or a United States federal holiday
- We will respond substantively within 45 calendar days. Calendar days include weekends and holidays, so this deadline is not extended by our working hours. We will tell you if we need a further 45 days, as the law allows
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right

## Security reports
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in PortfolioTA, email security@portfoliota.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please do not publicly disclose it until we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it. We will not pursue legal action against anyone who reports a vulnerability in good faith, tests only against their own account, and does not access, modify or destroy other users’ data.

Formal legal notices should be sent to legal@portfoliota.com and, where a written notice is required, to the postal address above.
Notices relating to arbitration, including a notice of dispute or an opt-out from the arbitration agreement, must be sent as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

## What we are not
Trade Confident LLC is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and we cannot answer questions about what you should buy, sell or hold, or about whether any asset or strategy is suitable for you. We are not able to give personal financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and our support team will not do so.
