14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid PortfolioTA plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If PortfolioTA isn’t right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don’t need to give a reason, and we won’t ask you for one.

Renewal charges

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If you’re charged for a renewal you no longer want, request a full refund of that renewal charge within 14 days of the renewal date and we’ll return it.

How to request a refund

Email support@portfoliota.com from the address on your account, or contact Paddle directly at help@paddle.com. Paddle is our merchant of record and processes all refunds. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund — if you’re within the 14-day window, request one using the process above.

What happens to your account after a refund

Your paid plan ends and your account returns to the free tier. Nothing is deleted. Holdings above the free-tier limit remain visible but become read-only, and you won’t be able to add new tracked assets until you’re back under the limit or subscribe again. Alerts above the limit are paused rather than removed — the oldest are kept active and the newest are paused — and they’re reactivated automatically if you subscribe again.

Limits

We may decline a refund where the guarantee is being abused — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same or linked accounts — or where an account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Email support@portfoliota.com. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We honour this guarantee without argument, and a dispute is slower for you than a refund.
